My name is Gillian Driver and I specialise in working with senior managers and professionals in times of significant change, growth and restructure within organisations. I am passionate about how people work with “fire in their bellies” in today’s working environments and how they can align their potential and performance with the ever-changing landscapes and needs of the business.
I have worked with individuals and teams within the following organisations: O2-Telefonica, GSK- Cork, Pfizer Nutritional, Merit Medical, Stiefel- Sligo, Amazon, Tyco Sensormatic, Musgrave, TDK Electronics, Molex and UL.
I facilitate leadership groups and professional teams in managing themselves and others and engaging with new business demands of continuous improvement, growth or restructure. I have also co-designed and delivered career planning and outplacement programmes for employees who face expanded job roles, redeployment or redundancies.

CAREER HISTORY

Following her degree in 1999, Gillian gained 3 years experience working as an Electrical Engineer within engineering consultancy practices. In 2003, Gillian transitioned her career to head up the technical recruitment division within the Premier Group in the Midwest. Since 2007, Gillian has been an accredited and practising professional coach and group facilitator.
